Vendor Information Form

The Midwest Cheer Association welcomes businesses, organizations, and service providers that support the cheer and spirit community to express interest in becoming a vendor at MCA events. Vendors may have the opportunity to connect directly with athletes, coaches, families, and other members of the Midwest cheer community. Vendor opportunities and availability may vary by event.

Vendor Information

In-Person Vendor Space: $75

Absentee Vendor Option: $50

Electricity: $25 additional, when available

In-person vendor spaces are anticipated to include approximately one 6-foot table, two chairs, and a black tablecloth. Vendors are responsible for any additional displays, signage, equipment, or materials they wish to use.

Vendor space, amenities, pricing, and availability may vary by event and venue and are subject to change. Final details and payment information will be provided to vendors who are selected.
